Graduate Engineer – Scheduling & Temporary Works

We don't do training wheels. We do real engineering — fast, practical, and with skin in the game from day one.

At Form Structures, you won't be stuck pushing paper or shadowing someone's shadow. You'll be on the tools of real delivery — scheduling, planning, and managing temporary works across complex structural builds. If you've got the brains, drive, and attention to detail, we'll teach you how to think like a builder and lead like one too.

Your Role

As our Graduate Engineer – Scheduling & Temporary Works, you'll play a key part in helping our projects run tight, safe, and on-program. You'll be mentored directly by our Engineering and Project Management team, and take ownership of:

  • Developing and tracking schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Coordinating the planning and execution of temporary works (formwork systems, falsework, propping layouts)
  • Supporting methodology reviews and build sequencing
  • Collaborating with foremen, site engineers, and project managers to keep the structural phase humming

  • You've got a Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering (or close to finishing)
  • You're confident with Microsoft Project or keen to master it
  • You think clearly, communicate straight, and don't need micromanaging
