Associate Electrical Engineer
to join us in
Brisbane
. You'll play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary projects, while driving technical excellence and supporting the growth of our engineering practice.

What is your role?
As an Associate Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of building services projects across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential. You'll take ownership of project outcomes, provide strategic technical guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Beyond projects, you'll play a central role in mentoring and developing junior engineers, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the
Brisbane Electrical team

About You

• 10+ years' experience in electrical services design within building services, with a proven track record leading projects and teams
• Deep technical expertise in electrical systems such as lighting, power, communications, security, and backup power systems
• Successfully delivered medium-to-large scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, data centres, or residential
• Passionate about mentoring and developing others, with experience in people management
• Known for client-facing skills, ability to build trust, and commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions
• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and are registered (or eligible for registration) as a professional engineer in
  QLD (RPEQ).
