About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership in a new and growing region. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, securing new clients, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to our ongoing success.
For the right candidate, there's potential to shape the growth of the QLD branch and take on greater leadership responsibilities as the region develops.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding and 3PL sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to create tailored sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including our VIC base) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client solutions.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
