We're seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Officer to assist our client in Robina for one week, commencing Monday, 20th October.
This office-based role will see you supporting the IT team to process a backlog of tickets and handle a range of general helpdesk support tasks.

About you:
- Previous IT helpdesk or technical support experience
- Confident troubleshooting common user issues
- Able to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
- Available to start immediately and work onsite
