We're seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Officer to assist our client in Robina for one week, commencing Monday, 20th October.

This office-based role will see you supporting the IT team to process a backlog of tickets and handle a range of general helpdesk support tasks.

  • Duration: 1 week
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Start date: Monday, 20th October
  • Hours: Full-time business hours

About you:

  • Previous IT helpdesk or technical support experience
  • Confident troubleshooting common user issues
  • Able to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
  • Available to start immediately and work onsite
