This connection to NOMAD Sydney provides a sense of continuity and heritage, while also allowing NOMAD Melbourne to carve out its own identity within the local dining scene.

Inspiration pulled from travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East paired with a strong belief that Australia, and even more so Greater Victoria, has some of the world's best produce, is what has shaped the venue's identity.

We Are

Established in 2013 edition is a dynamic and growing hospitality group. Dedicated to delivering forward-thinking hospitality experiences to the Australian dining scene. We prioritise attention to detail, and the exceptional treatment of both our Guests and Team Members.

The Opportunity

At NOMAD Melbourne we are always searching for talented Section Waiters to join our team. Expectations are high as we strive to deliver nothing short of excellence to our guests and we want to work with professionals who are dedicated and motivated to succeed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience in premium restaurants

  • Works well under pressure and understands the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant

  • A good level of food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning

  • Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service

  • Availability to work a rotating roster
