Three Blue Ducks in Byron Bay at The Farm are looking for experienced, motivated and skilled casual Floor Supervisors, Section Waiters, Bartenders and Baristas to join our busy team ahead of the busy summer season.

About Us:

Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Byron Bay Location is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse. 

We're a professional but fun, positive and social crew, working with food and beverage we're genuinely proud of. Team work, enthusiasm and inclusivity are all key factors in our ethos. 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisors, Section Waiters, Bartenders and Baristas to join our respected and established restaurant group. Responsible for playing a key role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us at The Ducks. We are looking for hospitality professionals who have the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled.

Skills and experience

  • The successful candidates will demonstrate a professional mind-set with previous section waiting, bartending or barista experience in either a restaurant or cafe environment
  • Good time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
  • Some knowledge of wine, beers and spirits for us to build on. 
  • A genuine desire to to work as a team to show all our guests a great experience with us

You may be required to run food, perform barista work, be a section waiter, host, or bartender - depending on the requirements of the position you are applying for.
