The Position:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden Restaurant & Tea Rooms
  • Solid understanding of allergens and food safety
  • Delivering a positive dining experience for guests
  • Taking orders efficiently, delivering food and drinks to specifications
  • Follow our onsite guidelines and customer journey
  • Deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly service
  • Lead from the front, contributing to a fun and energetic working environment
  • Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel

The Person:

  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant environment
  • Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
  • Safely can-do attitude
