Milestone IT is supporting a major retail organisation undergoing a payroll system migration from Chris21. We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage and drive testing across this integration program, ensuring a smooth transition for critical payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing strategy for the payroll migration project.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate test teams and ensure quality delivery across all phases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll SMEs, technology teams, and project managers.
  • Validate system integration points with downstream applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in HR/Payroll system testing, preferably with Chris21.
  • Expertise in integration testing and coordinating UAT.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
