3 Test Leads – Quality Engineering

Melbourne | Hybrid | CloudMarc | Start January 2026

CloudMarc is partnering with a major enterprise client to engage a highly skilled Test Leads to drive testing outcomes across a large, complex delivery environment. This role requires a proactive, influential leader who can work closely with internal SMEs, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality across all phases of testing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end testing effort across multiple workstreams
  • Working closely with SMEs, architects, BAs, and developers to clarify requirements and ensure full test coverage
  • Creating test strategies, plans, and structured approaches for System Testing, SIT, Regression, and UAT
  • Coordinating testing activities across distributed teams
  • Facilitating defect triage, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensuring alignment between business outcomes and testing deliverables
  • Driving proactive communication and supporting decision-making for quality risks
  • Mentoring testers and uplifting overall QA capability within the program

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Test Lead in enterprise-scale programs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal SMEs and senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on background in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to influence, coach, and drive quality outcomes
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve program goals
