We're looking for an experienced Test Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end testing across complex projects.

Role Duties:

As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing activities across the project lifecycle, including:

  • Liaising with project stakeholders and contributing to testing discussions from early planning through delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining key test deliverables such as Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports.
  • Managing a team of testers—setting targets, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Reviewing business requirements, solution designs, and architecture documentation to ensure full test coverage.
  • Coordinating test preparation, test execution, and defect management across assigned test phases.
  • Planning test environments, arranging required access, and collaborating with the Environments Team.
  • Monitoring risks, dependencies, assumptions, and tracking milestone progress.
  • Supporting UAT planning and execution, working closely with the business and project manager.
  • Upholding best-practice testing standards, ensuring all test artefacts are consistent, well-structured, and aligned with the enterprise testing framework.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience leading testing activities across medium to large projects.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise testing processes, frameworks, and documentation standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate test teams while driving accountability and quality outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, test execution oversight, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and manage changing scope.
  • Experience coordinating with technical, business, and project teams (including Environments & UAT teams).
