In this exciting role, you'll be an integral part of the operations and order processing functions of a small but dynamic online furniture retailer. Day to day, you will be processing orders within our inner city office. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.  You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service. You will work closely with the office and warehouse team to ensure accurate order processing and the timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate order processing
  • Booking of freight consignments
  • Ensuring delivery costs are minimised
  • Printing and preparing orders for picking
  • Accurate, tidy and clean packing according to our set standards - ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
  • Completing daily paperwork
  • Assist with overseeing operations budget
  • Customer support
  • Assist with quality control management
  • Assist with inventory level management
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Data entry and other office administration tasks as required
