This is a fantastic opportunity at our North Ryde, NSW office, the successful applicant will be joining a great team. We are looking for someone with the following;
Your Responsibilities
· Support demand planning activities by working with sales data, project timelines, and team input to help build forecasts that align with business needs.
· Assist in tracking forecast performance, identifying trends and deviations using Excel or other analytics tools, and contribute ideas for improvement.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, while minimising waste from shortdated or obsolete stock.
· Collaborate to identify supply risks, escalate issues and contribute to solutions that maintain high service levels.
· Maintain key data sources used in demand and supply planning dashboards (Power BI, Excel), helping keep stakeholders informed through reliable metrics.
· Support the Planning Manager in business reviews, preparing materials and joining meetings where supply decisions are made.
· Apply basic problem-solving techniques (e.g. Fishbone, Pareto analysis) to understand process gaps and participate in improvement initiatives.
· Communicate forecasts and purchase orders to supply sites, coordination and communication across teams.
Your Profile
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Finance or Business discipline
· years working experience in a Supply Chain, Business or IT Analyst role.
· Strong communications skills
· Proficiency in report generation and use of Excel or BI solutions.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure assignments are structed to complete on time.
· Able to work independently or in a team and keen to take on new challenges as they arise
