The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor - Night Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Full-time position available. Can start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a small team across three sites, with one staff member assigned to each location.
  • Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
  • Provide shift coverage when required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Work independently and maintain a high level of discretion; must have access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (cleaning).
  • Strong leadership and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Reliable, professional, and client focused.
  • Basic computer or app usage skills and phone application knowledge (e.g. timesheets, reporting)
  • Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, equipment (scrubbers, buffers, car park sweepers).
  • Strong cleaning experience is required.
  • Good client management skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to verify certain requirements.
  • Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
