The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Full-time position available. Can start immediately

Monday- to Friday 23:00-06:36

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support a small team during the night shift.
  2. Work alongside staff during your own shift, actively participating in cleaning tasks.
  3. Oversee daily cleaning operations within surrounding areas.
  4. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including scrubber machines—must be proficient in their use.

  5. Perform specific cleaning tasks such as:

  6. Using a scrubber machine on black external tiles

  7. Vacuuming carpets at entrances and centre management areas
  8. Cleaning docks and scrubbing surfaces
  9. Mopping floors
  10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  11. Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
  12. Provide shift coverage when required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (cleaning).
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and client focused.
  • Basic computer or app usage skills and phone application knowledge (e.g. timesheets, reporting)
  • Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, equipment (scrubbers, buffers, car park sweepers).
  • Strong cleaning experience is required.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering is a nice to have.

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
