We're growing our mortgage broking team and looking for a motivated Mortgage Broker with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end loan process, from initial enquiry through to settlement.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring lending solutions.
  • Partnering with our offshore administrative support team to streamline loan processing, giving you more time to focus on client engagement.
  • Liaising with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options.
  • Working extensively with SMEs and self-employed clients, analysing financials and structuring lending solutions that meet their needs.
  • Working closely with our broader business and financial services team to provide a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (with the desire to complete Diploma Finance and Mortgage Broking Management within the next 12 months).
  • A strong understanding of lender policies, loan structures and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of servicing requirements for self-employed borrowers and SMEs.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial statements and income structures
    to identify suitable lending solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing your own portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
