We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands, including:

- Two individual mortgage brokers (Instagram & TikTok)

- Mortgage company pages

- Asset finance company pages

Role Details

- Part-time: 2–3 days per week

- Location: Newcastle

- Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a tailored content strategy for each profile (brokers, mortgage company, asset finance company)

- Create and schedule engaging content (short-form video, reels, posts, stories)

- Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth

- Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and lead generation

- Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the finance and property space

Requirements

- Proven track record of growing and maintaining Instagram and TikTok profiles

- Experience managing business social media accounts, ideally in finance, property, or professional services

- Strong content creation and editing skills (especially short-form video)

- Knowledge of paid social strategies is a bonus but not essential

- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
