As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to customers in achieving their dream of owning a home. You will possess exceptional skills in lending and business development, with a deep understanding of responsible lending legislation and home lending products.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires experience in a similar role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment. If you have a proven track record of business development success and a well-developed knowledge of the current market trends, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, build trust, confidence, and advocacy to help them secure and enhance their financial goals. You will also develop your personal brand and network in the local community to enhance your credibility.

We are seeking someone who can make relevant suggestions to customers based on their home buying goals and provide support and advice to help them achieve those goals. You will be part of a team that works together to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
  • Demonstrated business development success
  • Well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
