We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands, including:

  • Two individual mortgage brokers (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Mortgage company pages
  • Asset finance company pages
Role Details
  • Part-time: 2–3 days per week
  • Location: Newcastle
  • Start date: Immediate
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a tailored content strategy for each profile (brokers, mortgage company, asset finance company)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (short-form video, reels, posts, stories)
  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth
  • Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and lead generation
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the finance and property space
Requirements
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining Instagram and TikTok profiles
  • Experience managing business social media accounts, ideally in finance, property, or professional services
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (especially short-form video)
  • Knowledge of paid social strategies is a bonus but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
