**The Opportunity**:
We have an amazing opportunity for a vibrant and talented individual to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract in the role of Return to Work and Wellbeing Business Partner. The role involves supporting workers compensation claims, non-work related injuries, some awesome wellbeing initiatives including - EAP, Fitness passport and Mental health awareness days.

***Roles and responsibilities**
- Manage workers compensation claims and be people & commercial centric.
- Support the management of non-work related injuries
- Collaborate with claims advisors, brokers, and external providers.
- Support the roll out of our wellbeing initiatives.
- Be a trusted advisor with stakeholders going above and beyond
- Have a passion for mental health and wellbeing projects
- Providing data & reports on our health and wellbeing metrics
- Maintain close contact with injured workers, their treating practitioners, and their managers, and develop Recover at Work Plans where necessary

***What we’re looking for**
- 1-2 years In claims management experience
- A passion for all things wellbeing management
- The ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently.
- Basic understanding of the Workers compensation act
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Childrens check (willing to apply)
