What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Managing end-to-end construction projects including new builds and refurbishments, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to McDonald's brand and safety standardsWorking closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and expectationsAdministering contracts, managing budgets and contingencies, and ensuring compliance with SOPA and relevant legislationEvaluating site investigations, vendor deals, and project documentation to ensure feasibility and alignment with brand standardsLeading the tendering and appointment of contractors, suppliers, and consultantsOverseeing defect rectification, final cost analysis, and project archivingSupporting and mentoring Assistant Project Managers, sharing learnings and driving best practicesUpholding WHS standards and contributing to continuous improvement across the National Development Group Your keys to success:
A qualification in architecture, building, construction, engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of NCC/BCA, SOPA, WHS legislation, and Australian StandardsProven ability to manage multiple projects independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel regionally and interstate as required Relish in the Macca's difference when you join the Golden Arches:
