What We're Looking For
- MR Truck License (preferred) and own reliable transport
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Civil or Roadworks environment
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Traffic Controller certification (highly regarded)
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required)
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a crew and follow all supervisor instructions
- Carry out manual labouring tasks safely and efficiently
- Perform basic concreting, drainage, road pavement, and shoulder works
- Operate and maintain construction machinery, tools, and equipment
- Read and interpret simple road plans and specifications
- Contribute to road and footpath restoration projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work effectively in outdoor conditions (dust, noise, moisture, fumes, etc.)
