Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales and Customer Product Support Coordinator located in Thornleigh, NSW. The Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, provide product support, and generate sales leads. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with product orders, offering technical advice, managing customer accounts, and coordinating with the sales team. The Coordinator will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in handling inquiries and providing support
  • Sales experience, particularly in generating leads and managing accounts
  • Technical knowledge of epoxy adhesives and related industries
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
