Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced driven Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs to join the team at Lottie on a casual basis with the opportunity to grow.

About Lottie:

High above Surry Hills, Lottie pulses with city energy. Perched on The Eve Hotel rooftop, it's a seasonal escape that blends bold Mexican flavours with standout Australian produce. Vibrant, laid-back, and full of intent.

Now with Head Chef Joe Valero at the helm, Lottie enters a new phase. Rooted in memory, spiced with imagination, and plated with purpose. Born in Guadalajara and shaped by kitchens across Sydney and Latin America, Joe brings a fresh voice to Lottie's story.

Your Day to Day:

Maintain consistency of all food in line with company standards

Embody the company culture and promote this within the team.

Ensure correct maintenance processes are followed for all equipment and general kitchen working surfaces and areas

Communicating efficiently between all members of the team.

Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position as requested

About You:

Proven experience in a within a premium or hatted venue

A confident and calm demeanour

High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings

Preferably holds a NSW Food Safety Supervisory Certificate
