We're continuing to grow our high-performing team, built on collaboration, creativity, and bold thinking. As we take Ksubi to the next level, we're looking for a Brand Specialist – Southern Hemisphere to help us bring the brand to life across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll support the execution of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen Ksubi's local presence - from in-store activations and influencer engagement to retail campaigns and partnerships. You'll work closely with the Communications Marketing Manager and global marketing team to ensure Ksubi's message lands with impact and consistency across every channel.
You'll be hands-on across event execution, talent gifting, PR coordination, and campaign support - helping to turn creative ideas into real-world experiences that connect with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of regional brand initiatives across AU/NZ, ensuring Ksubi's presence is sharp, relevant, and globally consistent.
- Coordinate retail activations, events, and local campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and community connection.
- Partner with retail, wholesale, and media teams to ensure campaigns and store experiences reflect Ksubi's DNA.
- Support PR activity for the AU market, coordinating media outreach, influencer engagement, and local storytelling.
- Build strong relationships with stylists, influencers, and talent aligned with Ksubi's values and aesthetic.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring...
- 3+ years' marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
- A creative mindset with strong commercial awareness - you understand both culture and business.
- Hands-on and highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder across teams, partners, and talent.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving, creative environments.
