We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join their team and help drive the success of upcoming landmark projects.

About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process for residential and commercial projects - from first enquiry through to settlement. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, nurturing client relationships, and representing one of Sydney's most respected developers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial development properties
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Host open homes, sales presentations, and project launches

Client Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide timely, professional communication and updates
  • Guide clients through the full sales journey — from enquiry to contract signing

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate offers to achieve strong outcomes for both client and company
  • Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate sales records and weekly reports
  • Collaborate closely with project, marketing, and management teams to achieve targets

About You

  • Proven experience in real estate or project sales
  • Deep understanding of the Sydney property market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Current Driver's Licence and Real Estate Certificate or Licence (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing preferred but not essential
