About the position:

This position is for an experienced full-time office assistant with a proven track record. You will be required to follow up on business and manage enquiries and support the sales department.

Specific duties:

  • Following up leads
  • Phone-answering and making phone calls
  • Coordinating the full sales listing processes (photos, marketing, compliance, reports, trades and styling
  • Conducting open homes, property inspections, and market reviews
  • Buyer inquiry and negotiation

Must have's:

  • Current Driver's Licence and your own transport to the work place
  • Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence Class 1 or 2
  • Office experience with Computer knowledge and willing to learn different programs
  • Computer literate
