About the position:

This position is for an experienced full-time sales consultant with a proven track record. You will be required to generate business and manage sales in a dedicated area.

Specific duties:

  • Lead generating
  • Phone/ Door knocking prospecting
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process
  • Conducting open homes, property inspections, and market reviews
  • Buyer inquiry and negotiation

Must have's:

  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence Class 1 or 2 (Current)
  • Sales experience
  • Computer literate
