We're growing fast and are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with the energy, heart, and drive to help take Vana Care to the next level.


The Role

As our new BDM, you'll help expand Vana Care's reach across South Australia, build lasting partnerships, and find new opportunities for participants and support staff alike.

You'll be the bridge between our internal team, referrers, and the wider NDIS community — creating meaningful connections and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies across the disability and community sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Local Area Coordinators.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Represent Vana Care at events, expos, and community functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing, onboarding, and expansion plans.

About You

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role within the disability or NDIS sector (2–4+ years preferred).

A solid understanding of NDIS structures, compliance, and community engagement.

Exceptional communication and networking skills.

A genuine passion for helping people and supporting participant outcomes.

A confident, positive personality that naturally inspires others.
