Your Role:

In this pivotal position, you'll harness your insurance broking expertise to manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients. You will support and work alongside our senior advisers on our larger corporate accounts, providing you with the ideal opportunity to learn and grow your expertise as a risk and insurance adviser.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing an existing portfolio of SME and mid-market accounts.

• Assist with the onboarding of new business accounts.

• Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes for your clients.

• Providing account administration, report writing, client claims support and debtor control with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

Your critical thinking abilities will be vital in interpreting complex insurance needs and recommending optimal risk transfer solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of General Insurance Broking experience

• Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) (preferred and/or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP and insurer underwriting portals

• Proven experience and knowledge on a broad range of commercial insurance products

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
