ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Assistant Manager / Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue. From opening and closing duties, managing live music nights, overseeing food and beverage operations, through to stock control and leading the team on shift — you'll be right in the thick of it.

You're passionate about delivering a standout customer experience, and you know how to get the best out of a team. Whether it's a chilled Tuesday or a packed Saturday night gig, you keep things smooth, sharp, and welcoming.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within a high-volume bar, pub, or live music venue
  • Confident running shifts and leading a team from the front
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, team-first attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • RSA and RCG certified
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and late nights
