Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to grow your career in recruitment and HR? Bayton Group is seeking a Recruitment Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will support our Senior Account Managers by:

  • Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
  • Contacting applicants to arrange interviews and provide updates
  • Preparing and distributing candidate applications to Senior Account Managers
  • Assisting with general recruitment administration and maintaining candidate records

This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a supportive and professional environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicating with candidates and team members
  • A strong multitasker with excellent time management skills
  • Keen to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment field

Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided.
