About the Role:

Due to continuous growth of our business, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Kitchen Hands to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the production of high quality dishes following The Meat & Wine Co standards.
  • Food prep & cleaning kitchen equipment
  • Interest in development and progression within a growing company.
  • Contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant.
  • OH&S compliant with strict food hygiene practices.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar high volume environment.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
