Front of House Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and elegant welcome to guests.
  • Assist in delivering fine-dining service, including table settings, menu presentation, and service sequences.
  • Support senior FOH staff in wine service, beverage pairing, and maintaining RSA compliance when serving alcohol.
  • Manage reservations and guest seating flow effectively.
  • Develop knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in structured on-the-job training as part of your apprenticeship program.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in hospitality and fine dining.
  • Show willingness to learn and follow guidance from experienced FOH professionals.
  • Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or be willing to obtain before starting.
  • Meet professional presentation and grooming standards.
  • possess strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
