The Healthy Cooking Company is seeking a Casual Kitchen Production Packer with a passion for real, healthy food to join our friendly and hardworking team.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with food preparation and packing large-quantity meals for childcare centres.
  • Work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.

What we offer:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm – no weekends or public holidays.
  • Guaranteed two weeks' holiday during Christmas closure.
  • 25–30 hours per week with the potential for a permanent part-time contract.
  • Immediate start available.
  • Supportive, team-focused workplace.

Our kitchen specialises in large-scale, modern, healthy cuisine with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce. You'll gain valuable experience in a high-volume catering environment alongside a skilled team of chefs and kitchen hands.

You'll need to have:

  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Great organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen health & safety requirements.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to grow with the company.
  • Previous food production or packing experience (highly desirable).
  • Reliable transport.
