A fast-growing hospitality group is currently seeking passionate and motivated cook to join our team. As a cook based in one of our restaurants in Hyde Park, you will be responsible for maintaining the food standards set by the head chef, creating specials in accordance with the venue's food focus, and ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and meets sanitation standards.
Experience as a cook is preferable but not essential; if you are ready to step up to the next level in your cooking career, we encourage you to apply. The successful candidate will work split shifts and weekends for 20 to 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work well in a team environment.
· Ability to work nights and weekends is a must.
· Follow and ensure food safety standards are kept and cleanliness of work area.
· Attention to detail and ensuring quality of every meal.
· Previous experience is an advantage but not a must.
· Apprentice Chef welcome to apply.
