HVAC Trade Assistant

We are growing our Projects Department and are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our WA Installation team.

If you are a Trade Assistant with hands-on experience supporting HVAC installations with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Trade Assistant, you will work closely with qualified tradespeople across a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. This includes:

  • Assisting with HVAC & Mechanical Services installations
  • Supporting pipework, ductwork & equipment installs
  • Handling and operating basic hand & power tools
  • Ensuring work sites are safe, clean & efficient
  • Working as part of a high-performing team delivering key projects across Perth

What we are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Experience in HVAC or Mechanical Installation projects (essential)
  • Experience as a Trade Assistant / Labourer in the Construction or Services industry
  • Comfortable with handling & operating hand/power tools and working around plants and equipment
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic and have a safety-first attitude
  • Ability to receive and act on instruction, as well as highly organised
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with others
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Working at Heights & EWP tickets (desirable, but not essential)
