The Role

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of HVAC/mechanical installation works on commercial projects. You will ensure our installers and subcontractors have the resources they need, while maintaining safety, quality, and progress across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance, implement preventative measures, and manage incident reporting.
  • Oversee projects to ensure work is delivered within budget, to specification, and to schedule.
  • Track job progress and update project programs.
  • Coordinate with builders, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, variations, OHS records, and site paperwork.
  • Order materials and manage timely deliveries.
  • Attend site meetings and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Provide on-site leadership – mentoring team members, allocating tasks, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and safe work practices.

About You

  • Experience in HVAC/mechanical services installation (supervisory experience highly regarded).
  • Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Sheet Metal, Electrical).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, motivated attitude.
  • Ability to lead teams and work independently.

A refrigeration trade background is highly advantageous.

Training is available for the right candidate stepping into supervision.

Licenses Required:

  • Construction White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Working at Heights
  • Police Clearance
  • Trade licence (if applicable)
