Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Prepare surfaces and apply/line and inspect wear materials and coatings for Aspir and other products, including cutting and laying alumina tiles on flat, circular, and conical surfaces.
  • Manufacture and pack Wearstop.
  • Use lifting devices such as forklifts and overhead cranes to move loads.
  • Complete quality and inspection processes, including paper or electronic documentation.
  • Maintain and repair site equipment.
  • Ensure Weir and site health, safety, and environment systems and processes are applied, and actively participate in SHE programs.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience with high risk occupational tickets or VOC for forklift, overhead gantry crane
  • Dogger, and rigger experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality is essential.
