If you are looking for a training delivery opportunity that offers variety, our client is looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to complete an initial 4-month contract. The role is based near Ipswich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a household name that employs over 100,000 people across the country. Due to a large, new and exciting new project, the Training Facilitators will take responsibility for delivering training related to warehouse, retail, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and system processes.

The primary purpose of the role is review and familiarise yourself with the training material and deliver face to face training sessions to new starters across the organisation, assuring that training is delivered to site safety requirements. Another part of the role will involve the assessment of trainees to ensure the correct process is being delivered/adhered to.

**Duties of the role will include**:

- Training facilitation and assessment, following adult learning best practice.
- System, process, and operational training facilitation.
- Monitor and manage learner understanding in classroom and operational training environments.
- Train across multiple topics / modules using detailed facilitation guides.
- Assess operational training e.g. order picking, pallet wrapping
- Record training participation and assessment results
- Ensure all training is delivered in full within time limits.
- Deliver training material which incorporates company culture, safety and quality strategies.
- Deliver digital learning simulations - including demonstrating system process steps and monitoring participant simulation practice.

**The ideal applicant will have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Previous experience providing face to face training and assessment
- Certified Trainer - minimum Cert IV Training and Evaluation
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Friendly personality with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process is highly advantageous
- Able to work shifts - 5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm
