Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Portfolio Analyst to help us deliver meaningful outcomes across our project portfolio. This role plays an important part in supporting operational processes, maintaining accurate data and tools, assisting with financial tracking, and fostering clear communication across teams. Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful and reliable administrative support across portfolio activities
• Help maintain and enhance project delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align, ADO, Tempo, 7pace)
• Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible for stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy to support reporting and insights
• Support financial tracking and analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Contribute to the design and delivery of portfolio processes and improvements
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration and alignment
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and promote process enhancements through automation

Requirements

• Experience in a project, portfolio, or PMO support role
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Jira, ADO, Tempo)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for financial tracking
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with care
• Supportive and inclusive communication style, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic approach, with a natural ability to resolve challenges thoughtfully
• A growth mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality outcomes
• Financial services experience is a bonus but not essential
