With multiple workstreams across Finance, Property, and Operations, they're looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing their TechnologyOne (TechOne

environment.

About The Role

As an ERP Business Analyst, you'll act as the link between business and technology, capturing requirements, mapping processes, and driving improvements across the TechOne platform. You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure the system supports effective data, reporting, and decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements
  • Map current and future state processes across Finance and Operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within TechOne
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Support configuration, integration, and testing activities across ERP modules

About You

  • Proven experience working with TechnologyOne (TechOne
    )
    ERP systems
  • Strong business analysis background within enterprise or financial environments
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of ERP integrations, reporting, and data management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a delivery mindset
