We are looking for a Sales Manager/ Business Development Director to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Head of Sales.
Role Summary:
Your mission? To lead, empower, and coach a team of high-performing Business Development Managers/ Account Executives, driving pipeline growth and fueling our sales engine. As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDMs/AEs to exceed targets and unlock their full potential.
- Build and maintain a values driven culture that prioritises integrity, performance and collaboration.
- Implement best practices for outreach, and lead qualification to build pipeline.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular feedback and reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new BDMs/AEs, ensuring a seamless ramp-up and long-term success.
- Monitor and manage team performance, engagement, and retention to build a stable, high-performance team.
- Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to optimise workflows, track activity, and measure success.
- Create and refine processes, playbooks, and BD strategies to continuously improve results.
- Foster a high-energy, fun, results-driven culture where your team is motivated, engaged, and empowered to win.
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience leading a team of BDM's/ AEs in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Ability to exceed sales targets
- A strong track record of coaching and mentoring to drive performance
- Strategic thinking that leads to effective execution
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and be decisive
- Strong, thoughtful, and clear communication skills
- Builds a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
