The Opportunity
Redpath Partners is proud to partner with Renewal SA in the search for a Sales Lead to join their Sales and Marketing team. This role will lead sales operations across residential and industrial/commercial sectors, with a primary focus on residential land releases across multiple active projects.
The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, managing multiple land releases, overseeing sales agents, and identifying market trends and risks. You will manage a team of two direct reports who oversee external sales agents, while also focusing on strategic decision-making, consultant partnerships, and providing commercial insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sales operations across multiple residential land releases and industrial projects
- Manage and oversee all steps for the release and sale of land including contract negotiations, contract management and settlement
- Monitor sales agent performance, ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are achieved
- Develop frameworks and processes to support informed decision-making and commercial outcomes
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, insights and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Provide specialist property advice to Renewal SA and government stakeholders to support organisational objectives
- Ensure compliance with government policies, procurement requirements and sales protocols
- Lead, manage and develop two direct reports overseeing day-to-day sales agent relationships
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in property sales, including high-volume residential land and contract management
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to manage performance and drive results
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in negotiations and data-driven decision making
- Background in real estate agency, valuation, area management or similar property sales environments beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with consultants, senior leadership and external partners
- Tertiary qualifications in business, property or a related field (preferred)
