We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team at Smart Healthcare Pty. Ltd.

The role involves managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting business operations for our massage chair and wellness product sales across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily sales, payments, and expenses.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and manage supplier payments.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports, BAS, and tax documentation.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in cost control for products.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external accountants when needed.
  • Maintain organized financial records according to company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in Xero / MYOB / Excel or similar accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Understanding of Australian accounting standards and GST/BAS is a plus.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
