You will have excellent food product knowledge and an understanding of purchasing and cost control practices.

Your key duties will involve:

  • Overseeing the operation of the kitchen.
  • overseeing training in and correct and safe use of all relevant commercial cooking appliances and equipment.
  • Supervising and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen.
  • Complete and authorise rosters and timesheets.
  • Other duties as required by the business in the role of Chef.

We're looking for a passionate, creative Chef who thrives on crafting exceptional dining experiences that delight every guest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,515.00 – $79,500.00 per year
