**We are on the hunt for a uniquely talented social media guru**

As their business grows at a rate of knots, and they continue to bring on new clients daily it's become apparent that they are simply unable to manage the volume without YOUR support

Your outstanding written communication skills (you'll be pumping out those responses in no time at all), quick keyboard skills, fabulous energy and exceptional ability to engage with clients at all levels will set you apart from the competition.

**So what does the role entail?**
- Take FULL creative control of all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, the business website, LinkedIn & TikTok - you are the entry point into the business
- Monitoring all incoming engagements and responding promptly and professionally to ensure maximum engagement
- Sending intro messages to all new incoming clients, asking further information about their Ecommerce platforms to ascertain what solutions the company can offer
- Researching for, as well as creating, fun & unique content to share via their social media channels
- Collaborating and brainstorming with the marketing team to devise innovative new ways of capturing audiences
- Taking full control of community management, liking and interacting with posts from their clients and building out their reach
- Aiming to grow their social presence via a variety of marketing methods in conjunction the Inhouse Marketing Manager

**What you bring to the table?**
- An absolute **PASSION** for navigating all social media channels
- A love of 'chatting' to people via DM - you could banter away all day
- A creative mind and flair for identifying outstanding and 'read-worthy' content
- Flawless written communication skills, a excellent grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- An extremely high level of attention to detail
- Self-starter who can drive their own day and push for daily outcomes
- A wizz around a keyboard

This role is built for you if you're a motivated, focused, diligent and hardworking Admin Superstar who is keen to drive your career from the ground up.

This could be your first or second job, and will then offer you the opportunity to SPRINGBOARD your career into the rapidly growing world of Ecommerce (ahhh hello online shopping) and marketing in general.

You'll be offered support along the way, work with some of the most talented crew in the business, and have the benefit of a hybrid work arrangement (after the training period).
