FAYT The Label is on the lookout for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to help elevate our brand and take our social presence to the next level.

You’ll play a key role in curating, creating, and executing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and more. If you have a keen eye for fashion, a pulse on digital culture, and a knack for creating scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you

This is a unique opportunity to work for one of Australia’s fastest-growing e-commerce fashion brands. We’re a small, high-energy team that moves fast, thrives on collaboration, and has plenty of fun in our day-today.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, capture, and schedule engaging content across all platforms
- Write on-brand captions that reflect FAYT’s voice and energy
- Research and action new social and fashion trends weekly
- Play a key role in planning and executing content for launches, campaigns, and in-store activations
- Film and edit behind-the-scenes, vlogs, day-in-the-life, and lifestyle content
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, PR, and retail teams among other things

Key Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in social media and content creation is essential (fashion/eCommerce experience is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Skilled with editing tools and platforms
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work both independently and as part of a team
