Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and feedback
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requests
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Prepare and deliver client updates, performance reports, and proposals
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications and agreements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales (experience in recruitment or staffing is highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
  • Familiarity with blue-collar industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (essential)
