As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and driven Client Accounts Manager to strengthen our client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and feedback
- Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requests
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
- Prepare and deliver client updates, performance reports, and proposals
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications and agreements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales (experience in recruitment or staffing is highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
- Familiarity with blue-collar industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (essential)
