About the Role

We are recruiting 2 part time roles, 19 hours per week. The role will work as part of a small team of Support Officers and will work at either Rosebud, Mornington or Hastings on a rotating roster.

The roster will include shifts commencing between 7:30 and 8:30am dependent on location and will finish between 11:30 and and 12:30pm

The core responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for client enquiries, meal ordering, changes to service and cancellations.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in CareLink (Client Management System) and process new client referrals through My Aged Care.
  • Prepare run sheets, check daily meal delivery, temperature check meal and assist volunteers loading esky's into vehicles

About You

We are looking for someone who has strong customer service and administration skills and can work well as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.
  • Experience using a client management system is desirable.
  • Experience in the community services sector (aged and/or disability) is preferred.
