As a New Vehicle Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz Mornington, you will be at the forefront of the Mercedes-Benz Brighton experience, delivering premium service, building long-lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every client drives away with confidence and excitement.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating the sale of new and demonstrator Mercedes-Benz vehicles using proven strategies and resources.
- Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored vehicle solutions.
- Demonstrating the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and technologies.
- Promoting aftersales services and Mercedes-Benz Finance options.
- Following up leads, quotations, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring dealership and brand standards compliance.
- Managing and optimising the customer lifecycle through relevant CRMs
- Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, launches, and competitor analysis.
What you'll bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Professional presentation and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
